Return Policy
At Her Solis, we are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with all our products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Products
Returns & Exchanges:
- Eligible Products: We accept returns or exchanges for most unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging and resale-able condition.
- Non-Eligible Products: Due to the nature of certain items, such as skincare products that have been opened, used, or marked as final sales, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Return Process:
- Email us at hello@hersolis.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Facial Services
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
- Cancellations: We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice without any charge. For last-minute rescheduling, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Refunds:
- Facial Services: Refunds are not available for completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your experience, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to address your concerns.
